Currently Brankib has operations in the United States, Australia, India and Vietnam managing prepaid card issuance programs, electronic financial transaction processing for banks and cardholders, international money transfers and providing access to the general public and cardholders at retail locations for electronic debit card loading of funds, and electronic bill pay.

2Electronik Financial Transactions

The core of the business is a processor of electronic financial transactions located in the US and an international network of participating banks currently covering the US, India, Latin America, the Philippines and Vietnam. The processor is PCI certified, SAS70 compliant and approved by MasterCard to process electronic prepaid accounts.

3Prepaid Card Programs

Brankib Holdings supports prepaid card programs with unique value added features and services such as instantaneous linked Card-to-Account international money transfers through the Connect2Family Card Programs

KEY PEOPLE

Abu Karim - Chief Executive Officer

1 Mr Karim joins Brankib from Ingedigit international Inc where he was Managing Director and President – Australia/NZ, Asia Pacific, Ingedigit International Inc., providing him access to wealth of expertise from both organisations for successful implementation of the prepaid card program in USA and Australia.

2Mr. Karim has 23 year experience in sales, marketing and management providing solutions to Australia and Asia Pacific markets for both financial and retail sectors, which included working for IBM and NCR. Mr. Karim has B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Lowell, Massachusetts, USA.

Jef Rowlison - Chief Operating Officer

1Mr. Jef Rowlison has 25 years of management experience covering strategic business development, marketing, and operations and has developed and managed card programs in Australia, Singapore & China.

2He was responsible for the operations of major marketing services businesses in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand for Young & Rubicam, Lintas and Bill Express. He has worked in a senior advisory role with American Express, IGA Supermarkets, Caltex and McDonald’s Asia Pacific for B2B and B2C card programs and developed in-person bill payment businesses with NEC and Bill Express Ltd.

Mr Rowlison was one of the founders of Connect2Family.

Joseph Seroussi - Chief Technical Officer

1Mr Seroussi joins Brankib Holdings from his role as President of Power2Process which he helped found and has more than 25 years of experience in the management and structuring of processing and telecommunications operations and businesses.

2Mr. Seroussi served as CTO of Globetel Communications Corporation and the CEO of Suprem Telecom Solutions, a joint venture with Grupa Ingedigit, a leading provider of financial and telecommunications products and services in Venezuela.

3Mr. Seroussi was the founder and CEO of Corporacion Transdata, a carrier, licensed to provide private data circuits in Venezuela. Mr. Seroussi held various management positions at Tadiran Limited, of Israel during 15 years in R&D, Management and Business Development of Computing and Communications Systems.

Mitch Siegel – Vice President

1Mr. Siegel joins Brankib Holdings from his role as President of Ingedigit International Inc. and has 40 years of experience in senior management in public and private companies developing and marketing various financial products and services both domestically and internationally for banks, finance companies, financial services firms and certain investment banking activities.   Mr. Siegel helped Co-found Gotham International Holdings, L.L.C., which was later sold to Ingedigit International Inc.

2Mr. Siegel has a B.S. in Business Administration from American University and has completed various Masters Degree Program Business Administration Courses at Bernard Baruch College at City College of New York.
